Ingredients!

- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8-10 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons honey + more to drizzle
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- Sprinkle of crushed red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 baguette sliced and toasted
- 1/4 cup garlic confit
- 4-6 slices of prosciutto
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brie cheese: Place the brie cheese wheel on the prepared baking sheet. Using a sharp knife, make shallow cuts across the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern, creating a diamond-shaped pattern. This will allow the flavors to infuse into the cheese.
- Add the honey, rosemary, & optional red chili flakes: Drizzle the honey over the top of the brie, ensuring it seeps into the cuts. Sprinkle the finely chopped rosemary leaves evenly over the cheese. Season with a sprinkle of chili flakes for added flavor.
- Bake the brie: Place the baking sheet with the prepared brie in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey, and the honey has started to caramelize. Keep a close eye on it to prevent over-browning.
- Toast the bread: While the brie is baking, Place the bread on a separate baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Assemble the dish: Once the brie is done baking, carefully transfer it to a serving platter. Surround the baked brie with the toasted bread slices. Tear the prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and arrange them alongside the bread with a small serving dish of garlic confit. This will allow your guests to create their own delectable bites.
- Serve and enjoy: Garnish the baked brie with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and an extra drizzle of honey, if desired. Encourage your guests to spread a piece of garlic, then the warm gooey brie onto the crispy bread and top it with a piece of prosciutto. The combination of flavors and textures will surely impress!

This recipe may be luxurious but it is extremely easy and quick to prepare! It is one of my go to appetizers when I’m entertaining guests and it always impresses! The combination of flavors and textures with this recipe is absolutely heavenly: creamy brie cheese, infused with the aromatic notes of rosemary and the sweetness of honey, pairs perfectly with the crispy bread and savory prosciutto and garlic confit.
