Lychee Orange Prosecco
This is one of my absolute favorite ways to enjoy a glass of prosecco! The homemade lychee orange ice cubes slowly releases a subtle flavor to the prosecco, keeping it cold while you sip. The infusion of lychee offers a unique and delightful flavor experience that is both sweet and floral, combined with the bright citrus of the orange makes for a refreshing drink.
- 1 bottle of prosecco
- 1 can of whole lychee in syrup
- 1 orange
Lychee Orange Ice Cubes:
Remove the lychee from the can, reserving the syrup.
Squeeze 1/2 orange into the syrup and mix well.
Place the lychee in the ice cube tray, 1 per slot.
Pour the lychee orange mixture in to fill the tray.
Freeze for 2-4 hours or until completely frozen
Assembly
Slice the other half of the orange into thin slices.
Place 2 lychee orange icecubes in a champagne flute along with 1 orange slice.
Pour prosecco into the glass.
Sip & Enjoy!!!
